RankingProduct (“RankingProduct,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates RankingProduct.com (the “Site”), including the curated shop experience, search, editorial content, and related tools. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What the Site does (and does not do)

RankingProduct helps you discover products on AliExpress through curation, rankings, search, and approximate regional pricing. We are an independent publisher, not AliExpress, not a marketplace operator, and not the seller of goods. When you follow a product link, you leave our Site and interact with third parties under their own terms, policies, and checkout flows. We do not control product availability, shipping, taxes, customs, returns, or dispute resolution on third-party platforms.

Accounts and eligibility

Most of the Site does not require an account. Where you submit a form (for example newsletter signup, contact, or feedback), you agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or misuse our systems.

Shop settings, search, and approximate prices

The shop may detect or let you choose a ship-to region and whether to show prices in a local currency (converted) or as listed by the merchant. Converted amounts are indicative only; they use third-party exchange data and may differ from what you ultimately pay on AliExpress at checkout. Partner and affiliate links

Some outbound product links are partner or affiliate links. If you purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Editorial choices and rankings are not for sale; commissions help fund the Site. You should assume links to commerce sites may be monetized unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site unlawfully or in a way that violates others’ rights;
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure, or bypass access controls;
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy Site content or data without our written permission (search engines and ordinary browsing are fine);
  • Misuse feedback, contact, or API features to send spam, malware, or abusive content.

Intellectual property

The Site’s branding, layout, text, graphics, and original editorial content are owned by RankingProduct or its licensors. Product names, logos, and images belonging to third parties remain their property; we use them for informational and referential purposes where allowed. You may not copy our original content for commercial redistribution without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that information (including prices, ratings, or rankings) is complete, current, or free of errors. You rely on editorial and automated information at your own risk and should confirm important details on AliExpress or with sellers before buying.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankingProduct and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or third-party services linked from it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify RankingProduct against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes may be signaled by revising the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
